For skiers in the northern US, many Michigan ski resorts were slow to open this past December. Despite many disagreeable weather conditions on the part of mother nature, three of northern Michigan’s largest ski areas are now open to the public, and are expected to bring in record numbers of visitors to area ski resorts this year.

Today’s aerial freestyle skiers have to be up to the challenge no matter what is thrown in their direction, having the ability to acclimate to and still compete in any kind of condition.
